RobutechPrivacy policy
This is a translation for information purposes. The German version is legally binding.
1. General
This privacy policy explains which personal data I process when you visit robutech.ch and when you get in touch. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies. Where applicable, I also take the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) into account.

3. Visiting the website
When you access the website, technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser and operating system are stored in the hosting provider’s server log files. This data serves the secure and stable operation of the website and is not combined with other data.
Fonts are loaded via Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia). Your IP address is transmitted to this provider. No cookies are set.
4. Cookies
The website only uses cookies required for its operation:
You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time. Some functions will then be limited.
5. AI assistant (chat)
When you use the AI assistant, your messages are transmitted to the Claude API of Anthropic PBC (USA) to generate a response. The conversation history is also stored in this website’s database to maintain the context of the conversation and to improve the service. Please do not enter confidential or sensitive data in the chat.
6. Getting in touch
If you contact me by email, phone or Microsoft Teams, I process your details solely to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement. When using Microsoft Teams, Microsoft’s privacy terms also apply.
7. Remote support
I use HopToDesk for remote support. A connection is only established if you give me your ID and password and confirm the connection on your device. The transmission is end-to-end encrypted.
8. Payments
Voluntary amounts via the “Donate” page are processed by Stripe. You enter your payment details directly with Stripe; I do not receive full card details. Stripe’s privacy terms apply.
9. Downloads
When you download tools from this website, only the technical data listed in section 3 is stored.
10. Disclosure abroad
Some of the providers mentioned (Anthropic, Microsoft, Stripe) also process data in the USA. Disclosure is based on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
11. Retention
I retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.
12. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to processing and to receive your data. Please contact me at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
13. Changes
I may amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website applies.
