Is the free version limited in time or number of customers?
No, you can record unlimited customers and connections, with no adverts and no forced registration.
Where is my data stored?
All customer data is stored locally on your Windows computer; credentials in the Pro vault are additionally encrypted with Windows DPAPI.
How do I activate Pro?
Request a licence via «Order a Pro licence» by email. You will receive a licence key; enter it in the app under «★ Pro freischalten» and Pro is active immediately.
Can I import my existing AnyDesk address book?
Yes, existing AnyDesk lists are automatically detected and imported on first launch.
Which connection types are supported?
Besides AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RustDesk, HopToDesk and RDP, Pro adds SSH, VNC and Web UI.
